On July 10, 2026, a customer from Thailand visited the VPACK factory to inspect and accept the cap inspection machine they had purchased from VPACK.
The machine had been manufactured and tested according to the customer’s cap specifications, inspection requirements, and production needs. During the visit, the VPACK sales, technical, and production teams accompanied the customer throughout the acceptance process.

During the factory acceptance test, VPACK technicians demonstrated the machine startup, parameter adjustment, cap conveying, defect detection, and automatic rejection functions.
The customer tested the machine using actual cap samples and carefully checked its operating stability, inspection accuracy, rejection performance, and control system.
After several rounds of on-site testing, the cap inspection machine operated smoothly and met the customer’s agreed technical and production requirements. The customer confirmed the inspection results, and the machine successfully passed the factory acceptance test.

The cap inspection machine uses a visual inspection system to inspect the top, inner surface, and side wall of caps. It can detect black spots, notches, burrs, deformation, and other appearance defects. Unqualified caps are automatically rejected from the production process.
Following the successful acceptance, VPACK will prepare the machine for packaging and shipment to the customer’s factory in Thailand. The VPACK team will also provide the necessary technical documentation, installation guidance, and after-sales support.
VPACK provides cap inspection machines and customized visual inspection solutions based on customers’ cap types, inspection requirements, production speeds, and factory layouts.
